Police are urgently needing to locate 51-year-old Haydn Gage.

"He is required to give evidence as a witness in an ongoing Auckland High Court murder trial," says a Police spokesperson.

Arrest warrants were issued last week for Haydn and his sister Beatrice in relation to their non-appearance.

"Beatrice has now come forward and is no longer being sought," says a Police spokesperson.

"We are still actively appealing for Haydn to do the right thing and get in contact with Police."

Haydn has links to Waikato, the wider Auckland area and Bay of Plenty.

He is known to drive a blue-coloured Holden Commodore, registration number NTH683.

Anyone knowing their whereabouts is urged to contact Police on 111 and quote file number 200601/0666.

Information can also be supplied anonymously via Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111 or www.crimestoppers-nz.org.
