WeatherWatch reports that weather conditions are mainly settled for New Zealand today thanks to high pressure. "There are one or two showers about though," says a WeatherWatch spokesperson. For Northland, Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty, the weather forecast is for a mostly sunny day. "There is expected to be some cloud at times in the east and for Northland, with the odd shower Coromandel northwards." Easterly winds are also expected. Waikato and Bay of Plenty will have mainly sunny weather with any early mist or fog breaking away, and highs today of 19 - 21 degrees Celsius.
