Two close contact locations of interest have been identified in Whitianga.
The Ministry of Health has released the information at 5pm this afternoon, 10 days after the exposure events occurred.
Anyone who visited the Coroglen Tavern on Sunday, January 2 between 12:45pm - 2pm must self isolate and get tested immediately as well as on day five after being exposed.
The same health advice applies for people who have visited Smitty's Sports Bar And Grill Whitianga on Sunday, January 2 from 10pm until 1am on Monday, January 3.
The Ministry of Health is advising further isolation and testing requirements will be provided by public health for people who have been at a location of interest.
People are also asked to record their visit online or call Healthline so contact tracers can get in touch.
