Police are appealing for information about a missing 61-year-old.

Mark Taylor was reported missing from his home address in Paeroa about 10pm on Monday.

Waikato Police have taken to Facebook in the hope of getting some information that will help find him.

'He may have been in the rail trail area near Paeroa last night or early this morning.

'Police hold concerns for his safety.”
