On 14th March 2012, peacefully at home surrounded by his family, in his 90th year. Much loved husband of Olive and the late Nancy. Loved dad of Kevin, and the late Janet; Delwyn and Rick Spratt, Pamela and David Quirk. Step-dad of Joan and David Curd, Dave and the late Pat McKenzie; Bruce and Frances Rankin, Ardie and Wendy Rankin, the late John Rankin; Mary and Dave Beeching. Loved Poppa and Great-Poppa of all his grand and great grandchildren. Loved brother of Norma and late Elaine. A funeral service for Ian will be held at Woodhill, 167 Grange Road, Tauranga, on Friday 16th March at 2.30pm, followed by private cremation.
