Tauranga mayoral candidates will be facing some tough questions tonight as they front up for the Tauranga Mayoral Debate at Baycourt.

The debate will start at 5.30pm and is being hosted by the Tauranga Chamber of Commerce.

The event has completely sold out – 168 people are expected to attend.

'To enable the wider community to engage in this event, we are partnering with QUBR, who have kindly offered to produce a livestream direct from Baycourt,” says CEO Matt Cowley.

'The lovely folk at Our Place Tauranga will have the event's livestream on their big screen, so you can pop down to Our Place Tauranga and have a drink and food while you watch the Mayoral candidates.”
