APAAPA Peter Simon 3/7/1957 - 10/2/2012.

Suddenly taken while saving children in Tauranga Harbour. Son of the late Maui and Rangi Apaapa. Dearly loved husband of Kahui, and loving and devoted Dad of Justin and Gaylene, Grace and Dion, and Peter. Proud Koro of Autumn-Marie. Loved by all his brothers and sisters, and much loved uncle to his many nephews and nieces. Peter is lying at Poututerangi Marae, Pitua Road Te Puna until his funeral there on Monday February 13th at 2pm.
