Police have released the names of two men who died following a crash on Cambridge Road in Rotoorangi yesterday afternoon.

A police spokesperson says the men were Mervyn Robert Williamson of Te Kuiti (86) and Shane Gerrard Lingman of Te Awamutu (55).

'Police offer their sympathies to the families of the men at this difficult time.

'The investigation into the crash continues.”
