Aged 79 years. Died peacefully on December 11, 2011 at Waipuna Hospice, surrounded by his family. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Lola. Loved by his sons Roy, Neil and Derrick, daughters in-law Linda and Michelle, grandchildren Nicola and Stef, Paula and Clint, Nigel and Memory, great grandchildren Chloe, Gemma, Hannah, Elise and DJ. A celebration of David's life will be held at Mount Harbour Chapel, 416 Maunganui Rd, Mt Maunganui on Thursday 15th December at 1.00pm.
