Passed away suddenly on 1st December 2011 at home. Loved husband of Eleanor and loved father to all his children and moko's. Loved son of the late Reweti and Putiputi Hona. John will rest his at home 2 Hikurangi Road, Katikati until Saturday and then go the Tuapiro Marae. A service for John will be held at the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Fairview Road, Katikati on Monday at 11 am. followed by burial at the Tuapiro Marae Urupa.
