Multiple different sizes and versions of a soft toy Garfield has been spotted in a park in Tauranga.

More than 20 Garfield's have been dumped at the Faulkner Park playground, and is being referred to as Garfield graveyard.

Kim King found out about the soft toys at the park through her son, so the pair went to check it out yesterday afternoon.

'I have no idea about who has done it or why,” says Kim.

'All the teddies are different and individual. They look like someone's old collection, they aren't all new.”
