Arohamai. Born 23rd July 1953. Died 27 November 2011. Left us suddenly as the result of a car accident. Gus will be deeply missed by his son Jared, daughter Phoebe, daughter in law Alisha and mokopuna Dante, and Sarah. He is the Tuakana of Moira Morrell and Rongo Poki and mokopuna of Milly and Tahiti Poki. Gus will be deeply missed by his brothers Jason, Nathan, Benny, Steven, McGregor and sisters Moira, Jane, Sally, and Elizabeth Poki, and all of his nieces and nephews. Gus will be laid to rest at Whangara Marae, Pah Road, Gisborne on Thursday 1 December 2011 at 11.00am. All communications to 06 8622890.
