An investigation is being carried out in Papamoa after a robbery took place last night.
Police were called to the Super Liquor store in Papamoa after a man pushed a shop attendant and stole some alcohol.
A police spokesperson says the man decamped in a vehicle and was last seen driving on Domain Road towards SH2.
'The store attendant was not injured in the robbery.”
A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says the store is in complete shutdown and no one is allowed in.
