On Wednesday 26 October 2011, aged 90 years. Loved father of John and Frans, father in law of Jenni and Miriam and grandad of Nickolas, Andre, Monique and Joanna. And extended family in Christchurch; Alannah, Mathew, Vicki, Ben, Ethan and Jessica. A special thanks to all the wonderful staff at Althorp Private Hospital - especially those in Scott Home for the loving care they showed over the years. ‘Now at peace'. A funeral service for Leen will be held at Woodhill 167 Grange Road Tauranga on Saturday 29th October at 3pm, followed by a private cremation.
