Filthy Few arrested

Five men were arrested by appointment at Tauranga police station yesterday on charges relating to the police raid on the Filthy Few Motorcycle Club pad in Birch Ave on September 9.

A 45 year old landscape gardener, a 26 year old landscape gardener, a 41 year old mill hand, a 25 year old tyre re-treader, and a 28 year old welder, are charged with unlawfully carrying a firearm, possessing methamphetamine, possessing cannabis, and possessing cannabis seed. They are expected to appear in Tauranga District Court today.
A 36 year old unemployed man from Dickson Road was arrested at 3.25pm charged with disorderly behaviour and possessing cannabis.
An 18 year old welder was arrested and charged with theft from a car in 1oth Avenue 6.40pm.
A 40 year old unemployed man from Ohaupo was arrested in Girven Road at 11.10pm for driving while prohibited, and refusing blood.
