An appeals version of the Thames-Coromandel Council's Proposed District Plan has now been released.
In total 72 appeals were lodged with the Environment Court against council decisions on submissions to the proposed plan, with around 400 section 274 notices being registered on matters raised in appeals.
The recently released appeals version of the plan shows which parts are subject to an Environment Court appeal.
'The Provisions that are now subject to appeal in the plan are shown in red text with an annotation identifying the appellant. A 'Guidance Note' on implementation of the appeals version is also on the website,” says council.
A 'Planning Map Appeals Guide' will also be available on the website, as well as an appeals version of the planning maps, from Wednesday.
