What’s On: Relaxing with Tai Chi

Good morning Sunners, if you are looking for spiritual enlightenment or just to feel good why not try out Taoist Tai Chi.

There are new beginner classes starting today at 15 Koromiko St. According to Taoist Tai Chi Society of New Zealand the exercise is an art form the exercises the whole physiology, including the tendons, joints, connective tissue and internal organs.

Tai Chi helps to 'tame the heart” and develop an attitude of calm, compassion and reduced self-centredness, both during practice and in daily life.

If you are interested and want to find out more, then contact Neale on 567 7216. But if that isn't your cup of tea then check out some of the other great events happening in the city today.
