The Thames Community Board extraordinary meeting on June 27 was not held due to lack of quorum, says the Thames-Coromandel District Council.

The extraordinary meeting items that were up for discussion will now be supplementary papers at the ordinary Thames Community board which takes place next week on Monday, July 4.

The items for discussion included the Thames indoor Sports Facility, The Thames War memorial Civic Centre Furniture and Fittings Project, and the Thames Community Board Discretionary Fund.
