Once again Sainsbury didn't ask the right questions or mention an important fact when discussing budgeting with Paula Bennett.
That important fact is that most of the budget advisors are volunteers and don't get paid a red cent they have to provide their own transport etc and they don't simply give up because of the workload. One of the reasons they give up is the attitude of the people they are trying to help.
The fact that so many of the budget advisers are unpaid makes Paula Bennett and co look even worse when considering the miserly support the Govt offers for this service.
