I wonder if after the next election we will have a Goverment that will tackle the ongoing problem that is the Capital gains tax,that keeps the property investor in this market, and young people looking for a home and knowing that it is just a dream.
The Reserve Bank Governor has been trying to get this matter off the ground for some time with very little success still, we can always get the state to build more houses, that we will all have to pay for, to house the people needing accomodation who cannot afford to buy.
I suspect this could be a difficult problem for Labour and National who seem to be in bed over this issue.
