A Tauranga woman received shoulder injuries after being assaulted overnight.
The Trustpower TECT Rescue Helicopter was called out to Rangiwaea Island, in the Tauranga Harbour, after the woman had been attacked.

Base manager and pilot Liam Brettkelly says the 38-year-old received serious shoulder injuries as a result.
'She was flown to Tauranga Hospital for treatment.
'The helicopter was used because of access difficulties and the need for the patient to get to hospital quickly.”

...so, this occurred and police are investigating....yes?..you can't help thinking there is something missing here?...please tell what it is....
