Poor old Bill so he does not like people making comments about what he put in a email, well he should know that's how most of us ratepayers feel when he says one thing and then does some thing else.
Like the rates will be 6% increase this year before the election now we are told they will be 12% plus, and he said we must look were we spent the ratepayers' money, well how did he vote when it came to the new club at the mount, that has cost us millions.
Nice if we had the money and can he now tell us if, with the billions of dollars that it will take to put the roads right in Christchurch if the government will pay 55million for route K, so much for 2012. Ha Bill, council may have to look at ways to make it pay its own way.
Can the mayor who keeps telling any one who tries to find out anything about how contracts are let, from the council, telling them they should get their facts right, but when you try to find out the facts you are told it is commercially sensitive.
So can he not see why most of us think its not what you know when it comes to handing out council contracts, but who?
