Passed away peacefully at home on August 4th, 2015. Loved husband and best friend of Beverley, cherished old man of daughter Vicki. Loved son of Alan and Thelma (deceased), brother of Lindsay and son-in-law of Owen and Rae Phillips.

A service to celebrate Dale's life will be held at Woodhill, 167 Grange Road Tauranga, on Friday 7th August at 1pm. Private cremation will follow.
