On Thursday 30^th July 2015; aged 80 years. Dearly beloved husband of the late Margaret Pivac (nee Kaio). Loved by all his children, mokopuna and tua rua.

Samuel will be resting at his home, 18 Rimu Street, Edgecumbe. A celebration of Samuel's life will be held in the Edgecumbe Memorial Hall, Main Street, Edgecumbe on Saturday 1^st August at 11am followed by burial at Hillcrest Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Ohope Road, Whakatane.
