Husband and best mate for 69 years of Linda May (nee Hohneck). Murvan died peacefully at home with family by his side aged 89, now with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Loved father and father-in-law of Aileen; John and Hema; Maryann; Graham; Brian and Wanda; Ross and Grace. Adored by 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. We would like to say a big thank you to the team at Mary Shapley and more recently Hospice for their devoted care and love for our husband, dad and granddad. A funeral service for Murvan will be held at the Whakatane Baptist Church, Keepa Road, Whakatane on Wednesday July 22nd at 1pm, followed by burial in Hillcrest Cemetery, Ohope Road, Whakatane.
