Passed peacefully at Waipuna Hospice on 16 July 2015, after a battle bravely fought. Treasured wife of Bruce. Much loved mother of Joe, Helen, Michelle and Barry. A service for Pat will be held at Tauranga Park 383 Pyes Pa Road Tauranga, on Monday 20 July at 1:30pm, followed by private cremation.
