Peacefully on July 16, 2015 at Accadia Manor, in her 106th year. Loved wife of the late Hilton. Loved mother and mother in law of Jill and David, Graham and Wendy. Loved nan to Leanne, Bryce, Catherine, Fleur, Amy, Holly, and old nanny to Simone, Alice, Mychaela, Jacob, Stefan, Bryn, Ari, Bridget, Wilco, Mia, Lennox, and Sinead. Special thanks to the staff of Accadia Manor for their wonderful care. A celebration of Hazel's life will be held at St Columba Presbyterian Church, 502 Otumoetai Rd, Tauranga on Thursday the 23rd July at 1pm, followed by private cremation.
