Passed away peacefully on July 6, 2015, aged 85. Loved husband of Connie, son Peter and daughters Diana & Debbie. Grandfather of Grant and Lisa, Georgina & Harry, Johnathon and Nicky. Great grandfather of Jordan. He will be sadly missed by all, and his loving smile. A service to celebrate Jack's life will be held at 403 Pyes Pa Road, Pyes Pa Memorial Park Chapel on Saturday July 11 at 2pm.
