Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 18 June 2015 at Tauranga Hospital, with family at her side, aged 85 years.

Loved wife of the late John, loved mother of Rachel, Rosemary, and Spencer. Loved mother-in-law of Julia and Allen, loved grandmother of Maggie, Bradley, Sam, and Emma.

Shirley will be at home, 15 Formosa Place, Pyes Pa Tauranga, on Sunday 21 June, friends are most welcome.

A service for Shirley will be held at Woodhill 167 Grange Road Tauranga, on Monday 22 June at 11am, followed by private burial. At Shirley's request please wear colour. Communication to the Day Family c/- PO Box 3136 Tauranga.
