Passed away peacefully on Saturday June 6th 2015 at Tauranga aged 92 years.

Beloved husband of Mildred and father of Christopher and Cathy, Michael, John and Jocelyn, Roger, Andrew and Tina, Paul and Andra and 11 grandchildren Philip, Victoria, Thomas, Beatrice, William, Georgina, James, Daniel, George, Olivia and Nicholas.

According to Philip's wishes a private family service to be held this Wednesday with a Memorial Service for all friends and colleagues to be held at Woodhill, 167 Grange Rd Tauranga, on Saturday June 13th at 11am. Communication to the Bayly Family, c/o P.O. Box 3136 Greerton, Tauranga 3142.
