After a battle with cancer fought with great courage and dignity, Ian passed away peacefully at home with his family on 30th May 2015 aged 80. Ian will be so sadly missed by his loved and loving wife Eunice. Respected and loved Dad of Brett and Karen, Dean and Leanne, Donna and Glynn. Specially loved Grandad of Joshua and Cody, Matthew, Jessica and Craig, Daniel and Kirk. Great Grandad of Eva and Sophia.
Our sincere thanks to Dr. Sue Armstrong, Mr. Andre Westenberg and all the wonderful nurses and caregivers at the Waipuna Hospice. The care and help from all these special people made Ian's and our lives so much easier.
A Farewell for Ian will be held in the Te Kowhai Hall at Te Kowhai on Thursday 4th June at 12.30 pm. No flowers by request. Donations to the Waipuna Hospice P.O. Box 1156 Tauranga 3176 would be greatly appreciated. All communications to P.O Box 390 Katikati.
