For all you chocolate lovers this one is for you! This has to be the best chocolate brownie I have made to date, it is my daughter's favourite, so I am going to make this her birthday cake, the challenge is going to be able to make this into the shape of a bunny rabbit.

I will cook the brownie a bit longer so that it is firmer and easy to work with.

No fuss that's what I am all about – quick easy, especially being a working mum.

I make this up in bulk and freeze for school lunches, and perfect for those unexpected visitors. Sure to impress!

TIP: If you don't like walnuts replace with a few frozen berries or sprinkle with chocolate before cooking.

Chocolate brownies

250g butter

4 eggs

1 and a half cups white sugar

1tsp baking powder

Half cup coco

1tsp vanilla essence

1 cup plain flour

Half cup chopped walnuts

Third cup chocolate drops

Pre-heat oven to 180C. Line a sponge roll tin with baking paper or spray with oil. In a large pot, melt butter, add coco, stir for 30 seconds, remove from stove stir in sugar, followed by the rest of the ingredients apart from chocolate. Pour into sponge roll tin and sprinkle chocolate drops over the top before you place in the oven.
