Dementia sufferer found

UPDATED 11.21AM: A 62-year-old dementia sufferer reported missing overnight has been found.

Christopher Tuck has been found safe and well and police are grateful for the public's help in locating him.


Police are asking for any sightings of a 62-year-old man last seen in Hamilton around 7pm yesterday.

Concerns are growing for a missing dementia sufferer who was last seen around 7pm last night.

Christopher Tuck, 62, was reported missing overnight to Hamilton Police who are asking for any sightings of him.

Christopher is described as Caucasian, of average height and slim build.

He has grey hair, a grey short beard and moustache.

Police say he was last seen wearing black pants and a light blue t-shirt.

He is believed to be somewhere in Hamilton or he may have made his way to the Bay of Plenty.

People who have seen Christopher or who have information about him are asked to call 111.
