Peacefully on Saturday 9th August 2014, surrounded by family and friends, aged 82.

Dearly loved wife of the late Gordon. Loved mother and mother in law of Dayle and Bruce Williams, Christine and Dave Jones, Stephen and Wendy Smith. Treasured Grandma of Dwayne and Justine, Jeremy and Louise, Matthew, Aimee and Toby. Loved Great Grandma of Taylah, Liam, Aidan, Conah and Zac.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Joanne McKnight for her compassionate and gentle care. A very special thank you to all the wonderful staff at Mary Shapley for their loving care and cuddles.

A funeral service for Dawn will be held in the Knox Presbyterian Church, Domain Road, Whakatane on Thursday 14th August at 1pm followed by burial in the Hillcrest New Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Communications please to the Smith family C/- PO Box 2070 Whakatane.
