Dearly loved daughter of Samantha Heemi and Wade Skipps. Loved baby sister of Bailey Skipps, Mando Ngamoki-Waenga and Mihinoa Kerei-Skipps. Loved moko of Howard and Christine Skipps and Lee and Hoani Kerei. Dearly missed by all her whanau.
