About 70 horses are trotting for charity today in a bid to raise funds for Tauranga Riding for Disabled.

Organised by Tauranga Dressage Group for Tauranga RDA, the Seeka Kiwifruit Fundraiser Show at Tauranga Racecourse today is open to public for show-goers to see what dressage is all about.
Riders from across Bay of Plenty are competing against each other for ribbons and prizes, with close to 70 horses entered.
Tauranga RDA chief executive Kat Macmillan estimates the event raised about $1500.
'We're just absolutely delighted. We really want to thank the dressage group for organizing the vent for us to fundraise and we hope everyone is having a really great day.”
The fundraiser event is at Tauranga Racecourse on May 25 from 9am to 2pm.
Meanwhile, Arataki Girl Guides and brownies served up afternoon tea to raise funds for New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
At the Pink Ribbon High Tea at the Mount Guide Hall this afternoon, the girls served tea, coffee and homemade cake, slices and biscuits for a $2 donation.
