Bethlehem Te Puna Lions Club is holding a market day at Bethlehem Town Centre on Saturday to raise funds for the new Cancer Society Lions Lodge in Hamilton.
It is just one of many activities 92 Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Coromandel Lions clubs are organising to raise $1 million for the lodge by June.
Located at the former Braemar Hospital site on Lake Road in Hamilton, it is designed to accommodate about 600 people from around the region each year.
