Police are appealing for information about a stolen Jet Ski in the Whakatane area.

Response manager Sergeant Yvonne Parker says police are trying to help the owner of a Seadoo bombarida jet ski, coloured maroon/red.

This jet ski was stolen from trailer in Whakatane.

'It was stolen from a Pouwhare Street address sometime between January 10 and January 19.

'A chain was cut and it was removed from the trailer.”

Yvonne asks anyone with information about the stolen jet ski to contact their local police station.
