I have to thank Bel Mondo for this week's review products, or should I?
Due to the fact it was a week of mostly cold rainy days, I just could not resist cutting into the Parmigiano Recciano and having a wee try. Reviewed by Claire Rogers
This resulted in another try just to make sure it was as good as the first bite. By the time I took it home to add to our dinner, there was not that much left, which led to confessions from my husband who unfortunately had seen my sneaky visits to the fridge and decided he obviously could not resist joining in the sampling.
This seriously divine Parmigiano is perfect served over Rertagni spinach and ricotta ravioli. This Italian ravioli is 100 per cent naturally produced by the oldest filled pasta producers in Italy. I have to say I am not a huge ravioli fan, however, this product has totally changed my mind. Each bite was delightful, light and airy with the lovely spinach and ricotta filling. Perfect!
