The Marlborough Falcon Vineyard 2009 Riesling from Lake Chalice is a lovely drop. It is an off dry-medium style, delicately bodied with wonderful aromas of lime, lemon and grapefruit, with distinct underlying mineral notes. This riesling has great structure and nicely balanced acidity with a lingering finish. At only 10.5 per cent alcohol it is an excellent choice over lunch.
