The Chase really is a wine with a difference; a blend of 47 per cent merlot, 41 per cent pinot noir, and 12 per cent cabernet sauvignon.

This wine has a lovely deep ruby red colour, aromas of ripe plum and a nutty undertone. Fine, soft tannins provide a good balance between the oak and the fruit.
