Died peacefully May 2, 2013 after a long illness. Dearly loved wife of John and step-mother of Zoe, Teena, Paul, Helen and their families. Special thanks to the staff at Carter House, Te Puke for their care and support during Pat's stay. According to Pat's wishes a private cremation has been held.
