Darling husband of Evelyn, dad to Phillip, Ady and Helen. Poppa Jack to Kate, Jack and Ryan, George and Hugo, Macauley and Jonty. Sadly passed away on Monday 12th October 2026 at Waipuna Hospice Tauranga, reaching the checkered flag after a courageous fight. Jack will leave a huge gap in the universe that was uniquely him. He was so loved and will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Thank you to the amazing, caring and compassionate staff and doctors at Waipuna Hospice, especially Dr Murray Hunt for the wonderful care and kindness shown to our family. A memorial service for Jack will be held at Mount Maunganui Golf Club, 15 Fairway Ave, Mt Maunganui on Tuesday 3rd November 2026 at 2pm At Jacks request, please wear bright colours.
