On 20th of September 2026, Susan (Sue) Ann O'Connor (nee Silich), passed away at Althorpe Palliative Care Unit, aged 69 years, after a short illness bravely fought. Sue was the much-loved daughter of Gladys and the late Max Silich of Kerikeri, dearly loved wife of Peter, and mother and mother-in-law of Andrew and Maree, Mike and Donna. Nana of Libby, Tom, Eddie, Lucy and Nate. A service to celebrate Sue’s life will be held at Legacy Tauranga, 383 Pyes Pa Road, Tauranga on Monday 28 September at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society are welcome. Livestream may be viewed, and tributes left at legacyfunerals.co.nz/s/sue.
