With heavy hearts we share that Mike has passed away on 23 August 2026, aged 77 years. Mike was a loving husband to Raewyn for 53 years. Proud father of Chris, Bevan and Leigh, father-in-law to Sarah and Belinda. Adored poppa of Lucas, Ava, Conor, Zac, Arlo, Isla and Ollie. Friends in life – Now for eternity

Mike, known as Rollie on the golf course, is reunited with Neil and Brian, to begin their next fishing adventures together, with a round of golf along the way. A man of loyalty, knowledge and quiet strength, he will be sadly missed by all who loved him. Special thanks to Waipuna Hospice for their support. At Mike’s request, a private family and cremation service has been held.
