Two Tauranga Lotto players are among 21 people nationwide celebrating a midweek windfall after each won $17,369 with Lotto second division in Wednesday night’s live draw.

The Tauranga-winning tickets were sold via MyLotto and at Bureta Superette.

One player also boosted their prize by winning Powerball second division, taking their total winnings to $43,448. That ticket was sold at New World Elles Rd in Invercargill.

Across the country, winning second division tickets were sold in Auckland, Pukekohe, Waikato, Tauranga, Gisborne, Taranaki, Whanganui, Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Hokitika, Arrowtown, Gore and Invercargill.

Anyone who bought a ticket from any of the winning outlets is urged to check it as soon as possible in-store, online at MyLotto, or via the MyLotto App.
