Noticed the fire trucks have DIRE EMERGENCY written on them by the firefighters.
Firefighters are urging the public to sign the petition for a FULL REVIEW of Fire and Emergency NZ.
Apparently its available at www.direemergency.nz

I fully back our firefighters but the scribbling all over the fire engines and stations is so unprofessional and just looks disgusting for what is supposed to be a professional organization.
St Johns did the same a while ago.
Just hideous. So many more ways to get the message out there without being unprofessional about it. It hasn't changed a thing. I'd hate to think what visitors to our country think when they see it.
