Passed away peacefully on September 08, 2025, aged 95 years. Dearly loved Husband to the late Theo. Much loved Father and Father-in-law to Kevin, Merv and Emily.

A funeral service for Cecil will be held in Pyes Pa Memorial Park Chapel on Saturday, 13 September 2025 at 2:00PM.
