In just over a term, parents with children at Tauranga Adventist School have been busy putting together a vegetarian recipe book.

This is to be launched with a tasting afternoon this Friday at 2pm.
This group goes under the name Tauranga Adventist Home and School Committee and supports the school by assisting in fundraising and events.
The committee has set its sights on raising money for shade sails for the school.
Families and friends of the school have provided the recipes for this fundraising recipe book for others to share.
Tessa Forlong helped organise the book and says the recipes are family favourites, tried and tested and there's something for everyone.
'Most are easy to prepare, most are nutritious, they definitely reflect our School community and there's a dash of adventure for those who have the inclination,” says Tessa.
Along with great vegetarian mains and salads, people will find sections on breakfast, breads spreads and chutneys, desserts, sweet treats, kids' snacks and kids play.
'So come along, sample the goodies and go in the draw to win a spot prize and test the play dough at the children's play table,” says Tessa.
Tauranga MP Simon Bridges will launch the book at the Tauranga Adventist School in Friday.
'This will be a great opportunity for members of the public to see and purchase the recipe book,” says Tessa.
There will be dishes to sample and spot prizes to win. Books cost $15 and are available at the Tauranga Adventist School from Friday.
