A car has crashed toppling over more than three bollards on Tom Muir Drive in Gate Pa.
The driver of a Mazda SUV is believed to have crashed into bollards at the bottom of Tom Muir Drive near the Watling Street intersection around 3.30pm.
An SUV crashed into bollards on Tom Muir Drive today.
A Gate Pa resident at the scene told SunLive she was heading home after picking up her children from school and came across the car smashed into the bollards.
The witness says the car was unoccupied when she stopped to investigate.
A Tauranga City Council spokesperson says it costs about $60 to replace a single bollard.

Um the bollards didn't cause the crash??? green verges look a lot nicer that ripped up grass with car tracks all over it.
